If you live in England
If you live in England, then you login to MyWay Diabetes/MyWay Health through the NHS Login Service. NHS login is a service that has been created by the NHS for patients and the public. It provides a re-usable way for patients to access multiple digital health and social care services with a single login, which includes authentication for returning users. If you have the NHS app, then you will already have an NHS Login.
The instructions of how to setup an NHS login can be found here: https://help.login.nhs.uk/setupnhslogin/
If you have any issues registering or logging in then you can contact the NHS Login team and they will be able to help you resolve any issues. https://help.login.nhs.uk/contact.
If you live outside of England
We have our own authentication system that we use for people who live outside of England. You can register at https://user.mydiabetes.com for a MyWay Health account that will give you access to online courses.
If you follow the registration/login flows then we will ask you for sufficient information to create an account using your email address and password.
